ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Each session is at least 60 minutes in length and can be conducted over the phone, or in person depending on location. Each session includes: a homework assignment, summary of the session, and periodic emails up to 14 days after the last session conducted.
Cost per session: $60
* A 50% coupon for a one-on-one session can be obtained by signing up for one of the Higher-Self Living Paychecks Options.

HIGHER-SELF LIVING PROGRAM
This program includes 12 sessions and 6 areas of focus. The 6 areas of focus include: self-confidence, values, mental house cleaning, emotional healing, wisdom, and consciousness living. Each area of focus will be conducted in 2 sessions with each session 60 minutes in length. Each session also includes periodic emails up to 14 days after the last session conducted.
